Insurance and Billing Information
Phenomenal You Psychiatry & Coaching, PLLC is currently in the credentialing process with Regence, we do not accept commercial insurance at this time. Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan, and we encourage all clients to contact their insurance provider directly to understand their out-of-network benefits, deductibles, and any applicable visit limits.
A credit card is required to be kept on file for all clients and will be charged at the time of service for self-pay fees or applicable late cancellation/no-show charges.
For clients paying out of pocket, we offer self-pay rates. A limited number of sliding scale appointments may be available based on financial need. If cost is a concern, please contact us to explore current options.
**Please note: We are an approved provider for Washington State L&I claims with accepted mental health conditions. If you have an open claim, you may be eligible for covered services.**

Good Faith Estimate
