Phenomenal You Psychiatry & Coaching is currently credentialed with, or in the process of becoming credentialed with, the following insurances:

- Apple Health/Medicaid Insurance Plans

- Kaiser Permanente- anticipated date of accepting this insurance March 2026

Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan, and we encourage all clients to contact their insurance provider directly to understand INN and out-of-network benefits, deductibles, and any applicable visit limits. We are happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement if you are paying out of pocket.
A credit card is required to be kept on file for all clients and will be charged at the time of service for co-pays, self-pay fees or applicable late cancellation/no-show charges.
Choosing to invest in your mental wellness is a powerful step toward healing and growth. For clients paying out of pocket, we offer clear self-pay rates and a limited number of sliding scale appointments based on financial need. If cost is a barrier, we invite you to reach out—our team is happy to explore available options. Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, self-pay and uninsured clients are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate that outlines the expected costs of services. Upon request—or prior to your first appointment—we will provide a written estimate of the total anticipated charges for scheduled services.
